Order Fulfillment: Generally, I will be fulfilling orders within a couple of days. If I have an item, I will ship it immediately. Depending on availability and my schedule, some items could take up to 10 days to ship. If this is the case, I will contact you and let you know

Shipping: The standard shipping (1st class insured) is pretty fast, sometimes as fast as priority. The Priority insured will guarantee 2 to 3 days. If you really want a piece overnight, you need to contact me first and check on availability. Call    1 641 472 6709

Customer Satisfaction: Your complete satisfaction and happiness with anything you purchase from me is absolutely guaranteed. Any item can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as no unusual accident has damaged the piece. If any piece of jewelry you purchase from me breaks or loses it's stone for no apparent reason in the first 2 years, return it to me and I will repair it for free. After 2 years, just talk to me about it and we will work it out to your satisfaction. If your jewelry has encountered some unfortunate accident soon after purchase, let me know and we'll figure something out.

Ring Sizes: Do the best you can to identify the correct size. Remember, wide bands require more size than a thin tapered band that fits in the nook at the bottom of your finger. If you know for a fact that your ring size is a 1/4 or an 1/8, email me after you submit your order and I'll make note of the special size.

Stone Colors: I'm going to do my best to portray stone color in the photos that will match what you actually end up with. Some stones are looking better in their reality like the amethyst, garnet, malachite and moonstone. If you have a comment about stone color,  just email me  and let  me know your preference.

Reproduction Pieces: Some of my pieces are reproduced using a mold and lost wax casting. This allows me to sell a piece that as an original would be very expensive for a reasonable price. Be assured, the original artwork on every piece is mine alone. I will make an effort for full disclosure in the catalogue descriptions so that you know what your getting.
